Duties
- Assist customers with orders, specifications, payments, tracking
- Coordinate outgoing shipping with UPS, USPS and FedEx

- 2+ years in Shipping and Receiving

2. Jr Webmaster
Seeking candidates with strong HTML/CSS skills to maintain and update the company's websites.
Duties
- Create, maintain and update websites including online commerce sites
- Create graphics in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat
- Create and update PDF files
- Upload YouTube videos, Flash and animated graphics
- Track SEO progress and perform strategic analysis
- Monitor server logs and Google Analytics
Requirements
- Good command of Adobe PhotoShop, Excel and mySQL
- At minimum: basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good math skills
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Experience with online commerce preferred
